1. Does Inksedge offer printed cards?

Yes, Inksedge offers high quality printed cards. From the richness of paper to the quality of ink used, Inksedge makes sure only the most premium stationery and printing method are used to print your cards.

2. How do I place my order?

Placing your order with us is very simple! Just choose a card design from our catalog, personalize the card and place the order by choosing the number of cards you wish to order and then filling out your shipping address. You can even create and save your personalized card and place your order later by registering your account with us. In case you already have an account, simply log in and save your card and come back later.

3. Can I share my saved card design with family and friends?

At Inksedge, we understand how important it is to get approval from your family and friends before your invitation goes on print, more so when it is a wedding or Arangetram invitation. We, therefore, offer this unique feature of sharing your saved card design with your near and dear ones before you place the final order with us.

4. How does Inksedge deliver my order?

We carefully hand-pack your cards and ship them to the delivery address registered by you on your website at the time of placing your order.

5. How do I personalize my card?

It is really simple. Select the design you like and click on the “Personalize” button. Then you can directly edit the default text given on the card design selected by you. To add photos to the card, upload pictures into your photo tray and drag & drop them into the given place. It is quite easy, right?

6. How do I upload my photos?

You can upload photos one by one or in bulk. Simply click on the “Upload Photos” button at the ‘personalization’ stage and then click on the “Choose Files” button. Your file folders will automatically be shown and you can pick one or more photo files to upload to your Inksedge account. We’ll save up to 20 photos in your account. We accept .jpg, .png and .gif image files. High resolution photos that are larger than 500kb look better on your printed cards.

8. How do I pay you? Do you accept cash on delivery?

Since we deliver personalized cards, we require payment before we print your cards. We accept all major credit and debit cards and support net banking.

9. What is your return policy?

Since we make personalized cards, we cannot accept returns. However, to ensure 100% satisfaction, if there are quality issues or delivery issues with the cards we specially make for you, we are happy to replace them free of charge.
We require you to return the original items so that we understand what went wrong and how to improve our fulfillment process in the future.

10. Can I see a sample before placing my order?

Presently, you can order a printed sample of your Wedding and Arangetram invitations as they require the approval of your family before they are printed and shipped to you.
For the rest of the categories, we can send a watermarked digital sample upon request, within 2 business days of placing the order.
Please note that requesting samples will add to the delivery time quoted on the site.

11. When will I receive my order?

We guarantee nationwide delivery (excluding Jammu & Kashmir, Northeastern states and locations outside India), within two weeks. In many urban areas, it can be even faster.

12. How can I cancel my order?

We are sorry you have to cancel your order. But contact us at and we will help you right away.

13. I just received my order, and some of the cards are damaged. Who should I contact?

Sometimes even the best laid plans aren’t enough.. sorry to hear about the damaged cards. Please contact us at and we will replace the damaged cards.

14. After placing the order, I have noticed a typing error/spelling mistake in my personalized copy. Can I edit the same?

After you place your order, we will send you a mail with a .jpeg image of the entire card. We recommend you look at the copy carefully. If you notice anything amiss or if you wish to make further edits to the text given on the card, please reply to the mail with your edits and comments and we will make the changes accordingly and send you a fresh .jpeg copy before printing your cards.
Please note that once you acknowledge the .jpeg version to be the final one, no further changes will be possible and we will print and ship you the cards within the stipulated time.

1. I have captured photos of various events, family parties and holidays. Where do I submit these photos and how much do you pay for each photo?
