In our own way, being an event invitation company, we have been a part of several important occasions and ultimately several people’s lives. All the efforts we put in designing and delivering our cards to make it a success, pays off when we receive commendations from the customer in any form.
In the words of a happy customer and a very happy father, Mr. Halappa Ravindra:
There is nothing more important and exciting as your daughter getting married. Your own baby flies off now with her new love. It is bittersweet for the parents and the best way to reduce the bitter part is to share our joys and hopes with family and friends we love so dearly. That is why, we perform wedding celebrations and have great parties in honor of the Bride and her love, and share all that with loved ones.
One critical ingredient for a successful wedding is the Invitation Card! This is the very first formal artifact that hits the invited guests’ eyes and it better be a great one. It should show your heart and spirit laid out on a piece of paper that creates a joyous impact on the guests for two reasons. One that these two beautiful and much-in-love young ones are preparing to march on with their lives together. And two, the guests feel honored and loved to be invited with a touching and beautiful invitation card. This card better be absolutely perfect!
When my American born daughter and her boyfriend decided to marry, my wife and I, dashed out there to get the key shopping done along with the the invitation cards. We set out searching and went down to several reputed and traditional card shops in the area. They displayed some good designs although very traditional and in primary colors. We were looking for something that embodied the beauty of Indian artistic tradition, creativity, style and in beautiful non-primary colors (royal purple was our daughter’s only choice!). In desperation, we started looking at options on the internet and pretty quickly “Inksedge” popped up. The designs we saw online were beautiful and seemed like they would meet our requirements.
There was even a wonderful “royal purple” design named “Plumes in Blooms” with two graceful peacocks in white and gold set in a beautiful floral background. It was an instant hit with all of us. We had finally found what we wanted!
One thing that I was still apprehensive about was the purple color. I started a chat with Inksedge online and the person who was handling it was knowledgeable, seemed to have an artistic mind and most importantly was totally committed to customer satisfaction and delight (not something one would easily find!). So, I ordered a sample package with the exact purple we were looking for. It arrived at our doorstep in 3 days. It was stunning and perfect!
I was certain that to get the card right we would need a designer’s help. To my surprise, as soon as I discussed this with Inksedge, a young designer started working with me online. It seemed that the designer was able to read our minds and produced design samples online for us to look at. They were stunningly perfect. The designer was very friendly and seemed to be enjoying doing the work as if they were directly involved in this wedding. The entire company is built on the principle of getting the invitations done exactly according to the customer’s needs, come what may. This is definitely a unique culture!
Within a few days, the printed cards arrived at our door-step looking much better than what we envisioned. We were very delighted and filled with pride holding them.
We handed these cards to close family in India as in-person invitations. The instant they saw the card, their first reaction was how beautiful the card was, the design, and the colors – as well as how nice it was to just touch the card. The customer commitment that everyone at Inksedge showed, touched our hearts and minds.
I have to mention this particular surprise element related to how the cards arrived at our home. The cards were placed in a beautiful and exquisite pink-purple hard cardboard box with gold trimmings! I have never seen anything delivered so beautifully. My wife’s immediate reaction was – how beautiful and what a perfect box to store some of her best sarees!
One would think that the prices must be very high to offer such a quantum leap in the products, they have innumerable design choices, beauty and perfection of the cards, delivered in a fairy-land beauty box, and topped off with unbelievable customer service of the highest quality. But far from truth, their services are only marginally expensive from the regular card shops (considering that other card companies charge extra for every bit of customization done). The high value they deliver greatly surpasses the extra cost.
I see Inksedge as a new-age wedding products company – dedicated to making the customers absolutely happy as they celebrate the most important event – “A Wedding”! I will not go anywhere else in the future for my invitations!
